Yaichi Kusube
Born in Meiji 30. Died in 1984. Born in Kyoto.
He entered the Municipal Ceramic Testing Center Training School at the age of 15. In 1920, he participated in the formation of the "Sekido" group. He later became active in the Teiten and Nitten exhibitions.
He has produced rare and beautiful colors by making full use of elegant techniques such as blue and white porcelain, celadon, jun-gama, and Ninsei-style porcelain. He was awarded the Order of Culture.
