Born in 1923. The eldest son of the 12th Tarouemon (Nakazato Muan). Graduated from the Tokyo Higher Technical Design Department. Studied under Kato Shishimo. In 1969, he took on the name of the 13th Tarouemon. In 1951, he was selected for the Nitten Exhibition for the first time.
