【In the event of a defective product】
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of a defective product (wrong delivery, damage, stain, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and send it back to us, freight collect.
We will exchange the product for a replacement or refund the money.
However, please understand that we may not be able to replace the product if the product is received late for reasons attributable to the customer.
In the case of a return for the customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
