3rd Generation Yasokichi Tokuda
Born in Ishikawa Prefecture in 1933. In 1991, he won the Grand Prix at the 11th Japan Crafts Exhibition and was awarded the Museum of Modern Art. His international exchange and achievements were highly praised and he was commended by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In 1997, he was recognized as an Important Intangible Cultural Property (Living National Treasure) for his work on glazed porcelain.
