Necessary charges other than for products
■Delivery Charge
Domestic delivery (Yu-pack): 1,000 yen (tax included)
Overseas shipping: Actual cost
*For overseas delivery, we will contact you for the exact shipping cost after your order is placed.
■Cash on Delivery (COD) handling charge
A COD fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) will be charged to the customer.
■Bank transfer fee and registered mail fee
Customers are responsible for bank transfer and registered mail fees.
How to Order
When you find an item you wish to purchase, click the “Add to Cart” button on the page linked from the item name.

If you wish to continue shopping, click the “Back” button once to return to the shopping page. You can increase or decrease the quantity in your shopping cart. Please change the quantity and click the “Change” button.
If you have any requests regarding your order, please write them in the remarks field in the shopping cart.
Please specify the delivery date and time in the “Specify Delivery Date and Time” field in the shopping cart.
When you have finished shopping, please check the contents of your order and click the “Proceed to Purchase” button.

*About sales quantity
Limited to the quantity available. Please note that all pieces are one-of-a-kind and may be sold out at exhibitions or in stores before they are available.

Credit card, bank transfer (prepayment), cash on delivery (COD), registered mail, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
■About COD
If you choose COD as your payment method, the COD fee will not be automatically calculated in the order confirmation e-mail.

Time of delivery
Unless otherwise specified, we will ship within 7 days of receiving your order.
In case of cash on delivery (COD), we will ship within 7 days after receiving your order.
In case of bank transfer or registered mail, we will ship within 7 days after confirming your payment.
If it takes longer than 7 days, we will contact you.
Returns and Exchanges
We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged, stained, or has an initial defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will immediately return or exchange the product. (In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.)
■Conditions for accepting returns
We will only accept returns that are notified by phone within 7 days of delivery.
■Return shipping and handling charges
In case of damage, stain, or initial defect at the time of product arrival, we will bear the shipping cost.
In the case of a return for reasons attributable to the customer (other than damage, stain, or initial defect), the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
