Kisaburo started his pottery business in 1839, and the current fourth generation has continued the business as a Kutani ware potter.
Most of the works that Kamide Kizan III exhibited at the Kizan Ceramics Exhibition attracted attention and were purchased by the Imperial Household Agency and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The current fourth generation Kamide Kiyama, like his father the third, has his works purchased by the Imperial Household Agency and presented to kings and dignitaries from around the world.
