How to order

Add the item you want to your cart.

If you are ordering by bank transfer or registered cash, please transfer the payment to the bank account or shipping address listed in the order email or order completion screen.

Regarding delivery

Normally, we will ship your order within 3 days of placing the order. (If you pay by bank transfer or registered cash, we will process the shipment after confirming your payment.)
If you would like to specify a date and time for receiving your item, please specify it in the date and time selection field in your shopping cart.

The item will be delivered by Yu-Pack.
Shipping costs are as follows.
Domestic shipping: 1,000 yen (tax included) nationwide
Overseas shipping: Actual cost
*For overseas shipping, we will contact you again with the actually shipping fee after you place your order.

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or soiled during shipping, has an initial defect, or if you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.
