Announcement of the 20th Anniversary Special Exhibition at the Museum of Ceramic Art, Hyogo

Thank you for always using Art Tobita.

"MINGEI ALIVE - Living Folk Crafts Now" will be held from September 6th (Sat) to November 24th (Mon).
This exhibition will introduce the essence of "Mingei" (folk art) as advocated by Yanagi Muneyoshi from a modern perspective, focusing on pottery works by individual artists such as Kawai Kanjiro.
Through the various works created by contemporary artists, we invite you to take a look at the rich and happy lives we live today and the "art of living" that is alive within them.
Our store is located about 30 minutes by car from the venue. If you are visiting the exhibition, please stop by our store and enjoy the charm of antiques.
