The other day, Mr. S came all the way from Oita Prefecture by ferry to our store.

Thank you very much for visiting us from far away.

We were all looking forward to your visit.

We had been exchanging e-mails until the day you visited us, and I could sense from your writing that you were a wonderful person.

Mr S was lovely as expected.

We had the opportunity to look at our many pride and joy products to our heart's content.

Mr. S looked at many of our products for about four hours, and it seemed he was excited and happy to see the products that usually sit unused on the shelves in front of him.

Upon leaving, we took a photo of everyone in our store, which we are very happy to have as a memento of Mr. S's trip.

In this way, we were able to spend a very happy time together thanks to our customers having looked at our website and liking our products.

Next month, we will have a customer coming from London, England.

We have a large number of repeat customers, and we are grateful to our customers who have been loyal to us for many years, as well as to our new encounters with customers.

We will continue to strive to provide even greater customer satisfaction.
