Our store was established at the beginning of the Showa era (1928).
The name of "Tobita Shoten" spread as an antiques dealer, and in November 1988, at the end of the Showa era, the store moved to a new location.
It has been renamed "Art Tobita."
Soon after we moved, the Heisei era began, and as the times changed, our store began to handle works by famous artists in addition to antiques.
We have been serving our customers for about 30 years now.
The background to this is the spread of the Internet, and since we launched our website about 20 years ago, we have been loved by customers all over the country and the world, and with our motto of "trust first,"
We continue to expand.
As we draw the Heisei era to a close, we feel happy that our store will be passed down through the ages, from Showa to Heisei to Reiwa.
Our customer record is a treasure and asset for our store. We are filled with gratitude for all the customers who have helped us.
Tomorrow marks the beginning of the Reiwa era!
