Yamamoto Kazuhiro was born in Nagasaki in 1944. He learned Arita ware on his own, and at the age of 41, he began researching pure platinum coloring. He is a famous artist who uses 98% pure platinum and is the only person in the world to create pottery using this material. The iron wire and chrysanthemums are painted with precise brushstrokes without any gaps, and the small patterns are raised. This is achieved by applying a muddy layer of soil 20 to 30 times to create a three-dimensional finish, and then applying platinum on top of that using the same method, making full use of the "raising" technique. He continues to work patiently in a daunting manner, and the result is a one-of-a-kind piece that is wrapped in eternal brilliance. ``
"The iron wire is worthy of being called the queen of vines, as it produces large, graceful flowers. Moreover, the vine never dies, but rather extends its branches every year, and flowers continue to bloom at the tips of the branches. After a few years, it grows strong and becomes a large plant, which produces an abundance of flowers. I painted this noble figure on a ceramic box" (from the work description).
