1975 Studied in the United States

1981: Returned to Japan and began producing at Miwa Kiln

2000: Yamaguchi Prefectural Museum of Art "Kazuhiko Miwa's Tea House - REI" Exhibition

2002: Exhibited at the Gifu Prefectural Ceramic Art Museum "100 Years of Contemporary Ceramics" exhibition

2003: Exhibited at the Ibaraki Prefectural Ceramic Art Museum "The Flower of Contemporary Ceramic Art - Resonating Colors and Forms"

2007 Japan Ceramic Association Award

2019: Succeeded to the name of the 13th Miwa Kyusetsu
