1969: Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, Kyoto University. Later, entered the path of pottery under Sozan Kanashige.
1979: Held a solo exhibition at Okayama Takashimaya. Subsequently held solo exhibitions in various locations.
2011: Received the Sanyo Shimbun Award (Cultural Merit).
2019: Received the Okayama Prefecture Cultural Award.

This is a well-made guinomi with clear kumadori markings.
