【Kohei Nakamura】
1948 Born in Kanazawa City, the third son of Baizan Nakamura. Graduated from the Department of Sculpture, Tama Art University.
1989 Received the Grand Prix at the Yagi Kazuo Award '89 Contemporary Ceramics Exhibition.
1993 Signed a contract with Garth Clark Gallery (New York).
1996 Suntory Museum Grand Prize Special Exhibition '96.
1999 International Contemporary Ceramics Exhibition (The Metropolitan Museum of Art).
