This was made in his final years. The character "To" is inscribed on the inside of the opening.

"Todenan" is one of the most representative names of Toyozo, used in his final years when he was awarded the Order of Culture in 1971. It is a very rare item from the last years of Toyozo's Shino sake cups, and you can feel the extraordinary attention to detail that is unique to this period. Perhaps due to his firm confidence in the relaxed generosity that is unique to his mature years, it has a dignified presence that is not seen in others, and is filled with tremendous confidence. The deep flavor of the "moxibustion clay" that is unique to Toyozo, the faint scarlet color, the texture of the yuzu skin, the rich wrinkles and kairagi-like scenery, the fresh and flowing glaze tone are also of good quality, and it gives a feeling of gentleness and softness, and also gives a sense of peace of mind. In addition, it is very beautiful all over, and the appearance reflects the depth of the feelings that are unique to this period, and the finished glaze tone is impeccable, making it a particularly valuable and top-of-the-line item that represents Toyozo's Shino sake cups.
