After receiving glorious honors such as "Certified as a holder of an Important Intangible Cultural Property of Okayama Prefecture," "Winner of the Grand Prix Gold Award at the Brussels World Exposition," "Received the Medal with Purple Ribbon," and "Received the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Fourth Class," in his later years at the age of 80, he was recognized as a "holder of an Important Intangible Cultural Property" of Bizen ware, and his works are still highly regarded today.
